Kindergartens and schools are laggards in Termocom list

The kindergartens and schools lag behind in obtaining technical permits for being supplied with heat, the head of SA Termocom Mihai Cernei said in a meeting held at the Chisinau City Hall, Info-Prim Neo reports. According to Cernei, this year the permits are issued not shortly before the heating season, but immediately after the heating system is cleaned. However, only 21% of the kindergartens and 18% of the schools in Chisinau have all the necessary documents. Tatiana Nagnibeda Tverdohleb, the head of the Division of Education, Youth and Sport, said 72.4% of the heating systems of municipal education institutions have been washed. Some of the schools and kindergartens did not receive technical passports because they did not know they can apply for them immediately after the heating system is put in order. “The previous years, the eduction institutions filed applications for permits during the last two weeks. This year, SA Termocom issues the permits earlier and we should adjust to the new conditions,” said Mayor of Chisinau Dorin Chirtoaca.
