The Ministry of Justice has initiated a pilot project called One-Stop Office for the Noncommercial Organizations Division that will receive applications for issuing extracts, registration applications and modification applications, IPN reports.
In a communiqué, the Ministry says the One-Stop Office will be launched on July 1 and will be located in the Ministry’s building, inside the Apostille Division. From July 1, the Secretariat Division will no longer accept applications that are within the competence of the Noncommercial Organizations Division.
By stetting up this office, the Ministry aims to ensure greater transparency in the traceability of cases, to exclude the direct interaction between functionaries of the Noncommercial Organizations Division and the applicants, to reduce the time needed for processing applications and for issuing the necessary documents, and to increase the accessibility of services.
The Ministry of Justice informs that those who have suggestions and proposals for increasing the efficiency of these services can send them to the email address olga.cebanu@justice.gov.md.
