Moldovan judoka Adil Osmanov has won a bronze medal at the European U23 Judo Championships held in Bosnia and Herzegovina, IPN reports.
He beat Turkey’s Umalt Demirel, France’s Enzo Gibelli, Adrian Sulca of Romania and Javier Pena of Spain, being defeated only by the future European U23 champion in the 73kg weight class - Mark Hristov of Bulgaria.
In the 66kg class, Moldova’s Radu Izvoreanu won against Spain’s Diego Fernandez but was beaten by Leonardo Valeriani of Italy.
