The integrated case management program (PIGD, version 4.1) will be reconfigured to be applied in the process of implementing the new judicial map beginning with 1 January 2017. This was discussed by Minister of Justice Vladimir Cebotari at a meeting with a group of legal experts.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Justice, the new version will help to achieve maximum results with a minimum impact on the work of courts. The final version will be subject to an ample expert analysis.
PIGD has been in use by the Moldovan courts since 2009. A number of updated versions were developed up to February 2016 with the support of the the Rule of Law Institutional Strengthening Program (USAID ROLISP).
