The judges in Moldova made public their incomes and property statements on the website of the Supreme Council of Magistrates, shows a report by the Association of Independent Press. According to the Association, the income statements were published after the March 3 deadline because they came from the Central Examination Commission with delay, Info-Prim Neo reports. There were published the income statements of three members of the Supreme Council of Magistrates - Alexandru Arseni, Vasile Cretu, and Igor Dolea. Not all the statements were made public as the Council’s website is updated when new information comes from the Central Examination Commission. Twenty-six judges of the Supreme Court of Justice made their property and incomes known. They are: Vera Machinskaya, Natalia Moldovanu, Valeriu Arhip, Valentin Barba, Ala Cobaneanu, Svetlana Caitaz, Nina Cernat, Vasile Cherdivara, Iulia Cimpoi, Valentina Clevady, Nicolae Clima, Ion Corolevschi, Tamara Chisca-Doneva, Valeriu Doaga, Svetlana Filincova, Eugenia Fistican, Vasile Ignat, Sveatoslav Moldovan, Svetlana Novac, Iuliana Oprea, Tatiana Raducanu, Iulia Sarcu, Galina Stratulat, Iurie Shumkov, Tatiana Vieru, and Ion Vylkov. Among the MPs who did not publish their income statements on the legislature’s website, only Victor Bodiu repaired the mistake. The Association’s executive director Petru Macovei has told Info-Prim Neo that the Government’s secretary general Victor Bodiu is still a lawmaker as the Central Election Commission has not withdrawn his seat. “His seat was not given to another persons and his place in the parliamentary group was not yet occupied by someone else,” said Petru Macovei. Eight of the 101 MPs have not yet published their income statements for 2010. These are: Iurie Apostolachi, Iurie Chiorescu, Simion Grishchuk, Maria Nasu, Gheorghe Brashovski, Stella Jantuan, Oleg Sarbu, and Vladimir Saharneanu.
