Journalist Alexei Revenco, of Radio Moldova, died in the morning of January 11. The staff of Teleradio Moldova transmitted a message of condolence, IPN reports.
On trm.md, it is said that the Great Radio Man Alexei Revenco departed this life at 6am this morning.
Alexei Revenco was one of the important media voices. He was an exceptional man, a perfectionist who collected enough facts for each public presence, contributing to the extension of the audience and prestige of the public radio station Radio Moldova.
During the past 40 years, Alexei Revenco had worked for Radio Moldova, presenting also different officials and cultural-artistic festivities.
In 2007, Alexei Revenco was conferred the title of Master of Arts, while in 2010 was awarded the Labor Glory order for his work as editor-presenter of the Radio News Department.
