Job opening for TRM Supervisory Board has been announced

The Broadcasting Coordination Council (BCC) has announced on Tuesday, June 26, a competition for selecting candidates to fill the vacancy for member of the Teleradio-Moldova Company’s Supervisory Board (SB). Those concerned are invited to submit their applications to the BCC within 10 days from the date the job announcement is published in Moldova’s Official Gazette. The position of SB member became vacant after Victoria Musteata sent in her resignation. She told Info-Prim Neo that she gave up this job due to lack of time. Previously, SB member Veaceslav Ionita has also voiced out his intention to resign on grounds that this body was inefficient and unable to take any decisions. The present SB structure made up of 9 members was appointed by the Parliament on December 28, 2006. The SB members get no wages but, according to Ionita, are paid up to 2000 lei/person per session.
