Prime Minister Iurie Leanca will have a meeting with the Transnistrian leader Yevgeny Shevchuk in Germany on October 30. The Premier will take part in the conference “Confidence building measures in the process of settling the Transnistrian conflict” that will be held in Landshut on October 29 – November 1, IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the Government, Iurie Leanca will meet with Yevgeny Shevchuk on the sidelines of the conference. The agenda of the discussions includes the steps taken until now to resolve the Transnistrian dispute and the opportunities of interaction between Chisinau and Tiraspol.
The conference “Confidence building measures in the process of settling the Transnistrian conflict” is organized by the OSCE Mission to Moldova, the Ukrainian OSCE Chairmanship and the Government of Germany.
