The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Israel Eli Cohen is paying a working visit to the Republic of Moldova during August 7-8. The official will have a meeting with his Moldovan counteract Nicu Popescu, IPN reports.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, on August 8 Nicu Popescu and Eli Cohen will brief the press starting at 10:50am. Later, the officials will take part in the laying of flowers to the Monument to the Victims of Jewish Ghetto. The press briefing could be followed live on the Ministry’s Facebook page.
Minister Eli Cohen will also have a meeting with President Maia Sandu.
