November 2: Linden trees were planted on the principal boulevard of the capital city, Ștefan cel Mare și Sfânt, thus inaugurating the autumn city greening campaign. The City Hall’s team, together with specialists of the Green Spaces Association, will plant large trees on other streets of Chisinau so as to have a greener and more beautiful city.

November 4: The students returned to lessons after the one-week autumn vacation. On Saturday, they will make up for the November 1 lessons. A total of 105,680 children of 3,884 classes of private and public institutions resumed classes in Chisinau on November 4. According to the information provided by the deputy head of the Chisinau General Division of Education, Youth and Sports Andrei Pavaloi, the educational process restarted in 151 primary and secondary educational institutions, including in 14 creation centers, 13 sports schools and 155 kindergartens.

November 4: Almost 400 workers are daily involved in manual cleaning works in the municipality of Chisinau. Last week, the waste was taken away by 335 special trailers. Information about the conduct of the autumn cleanup campaign was presented by the head of the General Housing and Amenities Division Ion Burdiumov at the ordinary meeting of officials of municipal services.

November 5: Lanes dedicated to public transport were set up on 17 streets and boulevards in Chisinau. In total, it goes to about 45 kilometers. As a result, the speed of public transport increased from 12 to 20-25 kilometers per hour, and the travel time from one district to another decreased from 40 to 15-20 minutes, mayor of Chisinau Ion Ceban stated when presenting the progress report after one year in office during his second term.

November 5: Mircea cel Bătrân Blvd in Ciocana district of Chisinau will be extended to Bucovinei St during the next five years. Two other important arteries, Industrială and Mesager streets, are to be modernized. This is a large-scale project, said mayor of Chisinau Ion Ceban, whose electoral program for the second term stimulated such a project.

November 5: The number of children enrolled in educational institutions in Chisinau municipality has increased by more than 20,000. Currently, practically half of the municipal budget, i.e. over 3.5 billion lei, is allocated to the education sector. Details in this regard were provided by mayor Ion Ceban after one year in office as part of his second term.

November 7: Extensive repair works are carried out in dozens of apartment buildings situated at different addresses in the capital city. The workers repair the networks, roofs and change the windows in the stairs. The General Housing and Amenities Division said that the extensive repair works have been completed at 46 addresses and continue in 67 blocks.

November 8: A new multifunctional sports field is being built in the capital city, at 60/1 Dacia Blvd in Botanica district. The General Housing and Amenities Division (GHAD) has announced that the construction works include preparing the ground, laying an asphalt surface, and installing fencing around the field. The companies carrying out the works were selected through a public tender contest, in accordance with the law. The funding for the project comes from the municipal budget.

November 13: Road traffic on Decebal Boulevard in the capital will be partially suspended until November 31. This concerns the first lane, the section between Dacia Boulevard and Constantin Brancusi Street (odd-numbered side). Chisinau City Hall says that the measure was taken in connection with the need to carry out repair works on the sidewalks in the Botanica sector.

November 14: Four auctions for obtaining the right to place kiosks in Chisinau will be organized on friday. These locations are for selling periodicals, soft and hot drinks, confectionery and pastry products, drinking water, fruits and vegetables, flowers or floral compositions. The auctions also include services such as vulcanization, recreational services (outdoor amusement park), and public catering terraces.

November 16: DJ Max Bolotov, Pasha Parfeni, but also the Romanian artists Nicole Cherry, Killa Fonic and Tzanca Uraganu will perform on Sunday at this year's CoolParty. Access to the event dedicated to young people is free, and the transport to the Chisinau Arena will be provided to the participants free of charge by the Chisinau City Hall.

November 16: 25 lots worth 8.9 million lei have been awarded at friday's open auctions for the right to conclude the contract on the location of kiosks in Chisinau. At the four tenders, lots were exhibited for the right to trade from the kiosk in parks and streets of the city.

November 18: With the first frosts or when snow falls, the employees of the General Directorate for Housing and Planning of the Chisinau municipality are ready to intervene in the courtyards, sidewalks, but also on the streets under the management of the Directorate. The deputy head of the DGLCA, Ghenadie Dubita, told about this at Monday's meeting of the municipal services.

November 18: Almost 37 thousand beneficiaries of temporary protection are registered in Chisinau municipality. Deputy Mayor Angela Cutasevici told that since march 1, 2023, when the information system of the General Inspectorate for Migration was launched, there has been a steady increase in the number of beneficiaries.

November 20: An e-ticketing system is to be put into operation in Chisinau. The project includes innovative functionalities for paying for the trip in public transport, flexibility in setting fares and abolishing physical tickets. The piloting of the system will begin on trolleybus route No. 30, which connects the city center and the airport.

November 20: The section of Ion Nistor St between the streets Aurel David and Pantelimon Halippa in the center of Chisinau will be inaccessible to vehicle traffic for a month, until December 18, due to works on the water supply system.

November 25: Children attending kindergartens in Chisinau this year as well will receive sweet gifts purchased by the local authorities at the performances staged on the occasion of the winter holidays. Deputy head of the General Division of Education, Youth and Sports Andrei Pavaloi warned the parents not to collect money for these purposes.

November 25: Chisinau City Hall is checking billboards in the city. The inventory procedure was initiated in early October, and so far more than 3,000 billboards have been identified. "At the initial stage, all the authorized billboards are included on the gislocal.md platform, which is public and can be accessed by all the capital's residents," said the capital's deputy mayor Ilie Ceban.

November 28: The first recently launched Traffic Monitoring Center in Chisinau will enable better organization of traffic and, consequently, faster intervention in emergency cases. Eugeniu Cepoi, an expert in the design and coordination of geographic information systems, said that new traffic solutions that will make life easier for both drivers and pedestrians will be identified.

November 30: As many as 2,260 children are now included in the prevention services of the General Children's Rights Protection Division of the municipality of Chisinau. Another 626 minors benefit from alternative care and adoption services. The data were presented by the Division’s head Tatiana Oboroc, who noted that special emphasis is placed on the prevention component in order to avoid the separation of the child from the family and inclusion in a placement center.
