The future of the Alliance for European Integration 3 depends on the political maturity of the Liberal Democratic Party (PLDM), Ion Dron, head of the Center for Initiatives and Public Authorities Monitoring, said in the talk show “Place for dialogue” on Radio Moldova station, IPN reports.
“Those from the PLDM must overcome the emptions provoked by the arrest of Vlad Filat and should apologize to the people and work for the country‘s benefit,” stated the jurist.
Ion Dron said the dismissal of the Strelet Government will not be a catastrophe as the formation of an alliance of the left is rather improbable. “Starting over is not a problem. The three parties are not interested in forming an alliance of the left. Such an alliance, which would change the geopolitical course, would make many people to take to the streets. I think the future alliance will be formed with Iurie Leanca,” he stated.
He noted that the Moldovan political system does not allow re-forming the ruling political class. “Our political system prevents the parties that do not have money from coming to power. The foundations of this system were laid by the former Soviet nomenclaturists, who came to power after proclaiming Moldova’s independence. We have enough young people who can, but do not have forces to seize power when the country is beset by TV channels, balls and gratis concerts,” said Ion Dron.
