Today, September 19, former prosecutor of Chisinau municipality, Ion Diacov, the candidate for mayor of Partidul Nostru, submitted the documents for registration at the Electoral Council of Chisinau municipal constituency, IPN reports.
Ion Diacov claims that he wants to come to the City Hall because he knows the state of affairs there, he knows the city, the schemes at the City Hall. He guarantees that, if he wins the mayor’s mandate, he will establish order in the City Hall and rid it of all those involved in illegal schemes.
The chairman of Partidul Nostru, Renato Usatîi, is sure that the party team running for the CMC, along with Ion Diacov, candidate for mayor, "has all the knowledge and possibilities to save Chisinau, which is the most destroyed place in Moldova".
Renato Usatîi also says that he is discussing with several experts the setting up of a group of specialists that would work on bringing investments to Chisinau and Balti City Halls.
September 19 is the last day when the files for participation in the elections of October 20 can be submitted.
