The police investigator who went missing on July 4 was found safe and sound. Contacted by IPN, press officer of the Chisinau Police Division Adrian Jovmir said that this was on a visit to her acquaintances. An internal inquiry will be opened to establish the reason why the young women acted so.
Adrian Jovmir noted that the investigator is well. She didn’t consume alcoholic beverages and wasn’t involved in conflict situations with serious consequences.
The 26-year-old woman is an employee of the Botanica Police Inspectorate. She went to work in the morning of July 4, but didn’t get to her workplace. The head of the Botanica Police Inspectorate saw that the employee wasn’t in her office and contacted her by phone, but she was unavailable. When colleagues of her contacted her parents, these confirmed that the young woman went to work.
