International expert evaluates the achievements of Moldova towards European integration

The president of the USA based “Transitional Democracies” organization, Bruce Jackson, appreciated the achievements of the Republic of Moldova aimed at European integration, such as approval of the Republic of Moldova – European Union plan, that, as the expert claimed, increases the chances for the Republic of Moldova becoming a member of the European Union During a meeting with prime-minister Vasile Tarlev, the expert has pointed out that Moldova doesn’t have much time for accommodating to the European family and needs to speed its promotion on the international arena. Tarlev mentioned that the Republic of Moldova is interested in developing a strong national economy. According to the premier, this period is crucial in realization of the current potential and foreign partnership projects. The sides agreed to create a group of experts from the USA and EU that will offer international consulting to the Government in the integration and reform process.
