Inhabitants of 7 apartment blocs of the capital suffer the consequences of non-paying the debts for central heat, freezing in their apartments. The head of the Central Municipal Department, Anton Rotaru, said that the blocs 85-a of the street Cetatea Alba, 99 and 105 of the street Columna, nr.12 on the street Sfatul Tarii, 73 and 79 on the street Bucuresti, 5/3 on the street Brancusi were switched off for debts. Recently, the manager of the thermal agent of the capital S.A. Termocom, Dionisie Antocel, mentioned that starting 27 February begin the switching off of the blocs with the payment level between 0 and 30%. Thus, 67 apartment blocs of Chisinau will be switched off the central heat system. He also said that daily by 2-3 blocs of every district of the capital would be switched off.
