SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau” (ACC) informs its customers that in connection with the switch to winter time, the working program of its information and payments section of the Customer Service Division was modified. Thus, starting with November 1, from Monday through Friday, between 7:30am and 6pm, the customers can go to office 101 located at 38 Albisoara St in Chisinau to swiftly solve different problems and to pay for the provided services, IPN reports.
In a press release, the public utility says the section issues bills, but also collects payments for water supply and sewerage, pre-cleaning, heating, connection and disconnection, meter repair or verification services and receives application for having the debt rescheduled, for modifying the bill or relocating the meter.
The ACC says that to ensure more efficient cooperation with customers, the Customer Service Division opened office 100 for submitting the documents needed for signing contracts for the provision of the public water supply and sewerage service.
