Informatics teachers are taught to use IT in education

Informatics teachers of the theoretical lyceums of Moldova will be trained until August 16 at instruction courses on using informational and communicational technologies in the educational process. A disposal of the Ministry of Education and Youth (MEY), says that the courses will be organized in four centers: in Chisinau, “Gaudeamus” lyceum and “V. Alecsandri” lyceum, in Cahul, “Mihai Eminescu” lyceum, in Balti, vocational school nr 5 and in Calarasi, Theoretic Lyceum “Calarasi”. The head of the Informational Department of MEY, Iurie Mocanu told Info-Prim that at the first stage 360 teachers will be instructed. Subsequently, they will participate as instructors at the courses organized in autumn at local level. The instruction courses are organized within the implementation process of “SALT” Program.
