Indemnities for building or purchasing houses

The Government decided to allocate 10.3 million lei from the state budget for providing one-shot indemnities for building or purchasing homes to some groups of people who obtained letters of guarantee from the local public authorities, but did not manage to get loans, Info-Prim Neo reports. Indemnities will be offered to 247 persons from 23 administrative units of Moldova. Minister of Finance Veaceslav Negruta said that 45 million lei was earmarked in the 2011 state budget for the purpose. A sum of 38.6 million lei was allocated by October 1.
