More than 298,000 citizens, which is over 45.2% of voters included in the electoral lists, came to the polling stations in Chișinău municipality by 17:20, according to IPN.
The ratio of women to men who voted is 56.3% to 43.6%.
Voters in the Centru sector were slightly more active, with 47.5% casting their ballots. This is followed by the Râșcani sector with 46.7%, Buiucani with 45.9%, Botanica with 45.4%, and Ciocana with 44.5%.
