The Government approved the regulations on the efficient use of the common information platform MCloud, launched on February 14. The public authorities can have their information systems and electronic services hosted on this platform so as to achieve the general objective of Government e-Transformation, IPN reports.
The use of the MCloud will enable the public authorities to reduce the risk of losing data and to increase the speed of digitalizing the public services. A working group will be set up, which will inventory the automated information systems of ministries and other central administrative authorities within three months. It will submit proposals for transferring them to the MCloud platform.
Currently, MCloud hosts the information systems of 14 ministries and governmental agencies. It is managed by the state-run Special Telecommunications Center.
