The intergovernmental commission for European integration discussed the implementation stage of the Moldova – EU Association Agreement, in particular the carrying out of the overdue measures in March, in its weekly meeting of March 23, IPN reports.
According to the Government’s press service, the information about this subject was furnished by the National Center for Personal Data Protection, the Competition Council and the Ministry of Defense. There was also presented information about the fulfillment of the commitments stipulated in the roadmap by the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Finance.
In the meeting, Prime Minister Pavel Filip warned the commission members about the necessity of meeting the set time limits and of obeying the decisions taken within the commission for implementing the calendar of overdue measures and the priority reform action roadmap.
The Premier also asked to step up efforts and hasten the elimination of the shortcomings so as to adjust the national plan of action for implementing the Association Agreement.
