Offers of new apartments are displayed in the exhibition “Imobil Moldova” that opened at Moldexpo on March 27, IPN reports.
Marina Tiron, director general of Poliproject Exhibitions, which staged the exhibition, said the event is a dialogue platform between developers and potential buyers and contributes to promoting new apartments and houses. The exhibit involves homebuilding companies, banks and financial organizations that provide home loans.
“We offer apartments in a building on which we installed solar batteries and panels. This will enable the future dwellers to be less dependent on suppliers and the energy bills will be much lower,” said Ion Magaliuc, sales agent of a company.
The companies offer discounts of up to 10% on apartments, special prices for a square meter of dwelling and other presents.
One more exhibit was opened at Moldexpo. “Celebration” presents wedding dresses and suits, accessories and decorations, flora arrangements, souvenirs, and presents. Both of the exhibitions bring together 150 participating companies.
