Igor Dodon will participate in AEI Council meeting Friday

Unaffiliated MP Igor Dodon will take part in the November 11 meeting of the Council of the Alliance for European Integration, the Liberal-Democratic leader, Prime Minister Vlad Filat announced, quoted by Info-Prim Neo. “It wouldn’t be right to say now what we intend to discuss in the meeting,” said the Premier. Asked by the journalists if he knows that Igor Dodon had a meeting with the Liberal leader Mihai Ghimpu, Vlad Filat said all the discussions must be held within the alliance as 61 votes are needed to elect the head of state. Last week, Igor Dodon left the Communist parliamentary group together with Zinaida Greceanyi and Veronica Ambramchuk. The head of state is to be elected on November 18.
