Representatives of the leadership of the PCRM and PDM have met at a hotel in central Chisinau this morning. After the negotiations, the sides said they clarified a number of things and if they decide something they will announce their decision tomorrow, by noon, Info-Prim Neo reports. “We hope it will be the last round of talks. We agreed practically all the details. If need be, we will have additional discussions and will meet again tomorrow,” Communist MP Igor Dodon said. He promised that if a consensus is reached, the decision will be announced tomorrow, December 30. The Democrat leader Marian Lupu said they agreed on many points in Wednesday's talks with the PCRM. “There are yet a number of very important details that we must agree on. We may have an answer tomorrow,” he said, adding the PDM's National Council will convene on Thursday, by noon. Asked when the discussions with the PLDM and PL will be continued, Marian Lupu said they have not yet arranged a new meeting. Contacted by Info-Prim Neo, the president of honor of the PDM Dumitru Diacov said the Democrats are waiting for the PL to invite them to a new round of trilateral talks. The first sitting of the legislative body opened on December 28 will continue on December 30, when the MPs are to elect the Speaker.
