Several hundred people, students and veterans of the Nistru war gathered together in front of the Palace of the Republic and demanded that the lawmakers do not dismiss the Government. They said they plead for the European future of Moldova, want stability and peace. They chanted “I want in the EU”, “I want in the European family”, “Don’t dismiss the Government”, and “The Communists are thieves”, Info-Prim Neo reports. War veteran Vitalie Ciobanu said that about 1,000 persons will come together in front of the Palace of the Republic during the day to show the MPs and the people that they need stability and development, as the dismissal of the Government will lead to chaos. Vadim Caras, student at the Academy of Economic Studies of Moldova, said that he found out about the meeting from a social networking site and decided to join in. He stressed that the young people want stability and European integration. Only in such a case will they remain in Moldova. Vasile Moraru, from Edinet district, said that he found out from persons from his village that a bus with people will go to Chisinau this morning to express their support for the Government. He stated that he does not want Vlad Filat to be dismissed as things in Moldova started to be brought in order, with pensions, workplaces and other benefits. On March 5, Parliament is to examine the censure motion proposed by the Communist MPs. Such a motion is passed by at least 51 votes. According to the announced intentions, sufficient votes will be gathered to remove the Cabinet.
