A family living in a two-room apartment and which has average incomes will have to allot the fifth part of them for the heat bill, in case that a Gcal will be over 800 lei, economist Veaceslav Ionita has told Info-Prim Neo.
The calculations has been made taking into account that during one month, the thermal energy consumption in an apartment with two rooms is over 1 Gcal, excepting the hot warm water consumption, and the total family income is about 5 thousand lei. Thus, the heat charge for one month would be about one thousand lei, and for 6 months – the heating period – 6,000 lei.
On Tuesday, November 4, the Swedish experts, who made a technical and financial auditing of Termocom SA during two months, estimated a tariff of 817 lei for a Gcal. The manager of “Termocom” SA, Dionisie Antocel, stated his intention to ask the Chisinau Council to endorse a tariff of 822 lei for a Gcal, that would partially include the supplier’s debts. Now the Gcal is 540 lei.
