The municipality of Chisinau will not be supplied with hot water in a centralized way between July 6 and August 6. Veaceslav Ene, of the public utility SA “Termocom”, Monday announced that the heat supply will be turned off in connection with prophylaxis and extensive repair works performed by the thermoelectric plant SA “CET-2”, IPN reports.
Near streets, in court yards and in the basements of apartment buildings, underground pipes can burst and the hot water will come out. The heat supplier recommends the dwellers not to allow the children to come close to basements and to places where hot water may emerge suddenly.
