Hospitals aren't ready for ample exceptional cases

„The hospitals of municipality Chisinau are not ready enough for receiving a large number of patients in case of ample exceptional situation,” the representative of International Associations of Doctors against Terror, Doctor Iulii Tregher from Israel, announced about this at a conference on organizing and providing medical emergency assistance in case of crisis, held in Chisinau. According to him, these activities in Moldova are organized differently than in other states, leading to minimization of the results, and even are dangerous for possible victims of accidents. He avoided giving any practical advice, but noted the availability of Moldovan doctors to purchase and implement performing technique, to learn new treatment and practical methods. The 2-day conference was organized by the International Center „Levinstein” from Israel in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Social Protection of Moldova, as host being the National Scientific-Practical Center of Emergency Medicine and the National Scientific-Practical Center of Preventive Medicine. The goal of the conference was to prepare the emergency doctors for planning and providing medical assistance in crisis cases.
