Homeless persons hospitalized for hypothermia treatment

Three homeless persons were admitted to different Chisinau hospitals after suffering general hypothermia last night, in a tendency that has become troubling for the emergency service on days with freezing temperatures, Info-Prim Neo reports. Among the hospitalized persons was a woman in her mid-forties who was heavily drunk. Doctors at the emergency service complain that in the absence of a night shelter for the homeless, ambulance paramedics have problems placing such people with generally overcrowded hospitals.
