Homeless man dies in utility vault

A homeless man, 42, was found dead in an underground utility room by a fire crew that came to extinguish the blaze which erupted inside, Info-Prim Neo reports. A spokesperson for the Civil Protection Service said that man apparently entered the vault to spend the night in a warm place, but showed recklessness when he decided to light a fire inside to make the place warmer. Eventually, his recklessness resulted in his mat and the rubbish inside the vault catching fire.
