The modifications made last October to the laws regulating the status of lawmakers which allowed a deputy to hold a concurrent office with a seat in Parliament are expected to be abolished after a draft law to this effect was approved Wednesday by the Government, Info-Prim Neo reports. The decision comes after the Constitutional Court held in April that the concurrent occupation of an MP seat with any other post was unconstitutional.
