Higher stock exchange prices for banking shares

The shares of “Moldindcombank” reached MDL 930 in the transactions performed at the Stock Exchange of Moldova. During one transaction, on Friday, June 29, there were sold 0.01% of bank’s issued shares. The nominal value of a “Moldindcombank” share is MDL 100. On June 29, the turnover of the Stock Exchange of Moldova reached MDL 1.1 mln, as a result of 7 transactions. The shares of Chisinau-based “Taxi Service” JSC were sold for MDL 33.69 per share, by means of one transaction being sold 1.02% of the issuance (nominal value – MDL 10). The price of the shares issued by the Balti-based “Constructorul” JSC reached MDL 15.45 per share, by means of one transaction being sold 5.61% of the issuance (nominal value – MDL 30). The securities of the Chisinau-based “Combinatul de articole din carton” were sold for MDL 7 per share. 19.7% of the issued stock (nominal value – MDL 50) were sold in one transaction.
