The performance and special scholarships of all categories for talented students of boarding art schools and the scholarships of students of the National Choreography College will rise by 5%, IPN reports, quoting amendments approved by the Ministry of Culture, IPN reports.
Consequently, the performance scholarship for second-fourth graders will be 320 lei, regardless of the category. For fifth-nine graders, the performance scholarship of the first category will be 480 lei, while of the second category 400 lei. For tenth-twelfth graders, the scholarship will be 610 lei, 500 lei and 460 lei, depending on category. The special scholarship will be 480 lei.
The scholarships will be recalculated starting with January 1, 2017 and will be paid from the Ministry of Culture’s budget for 2017.
