In the first five months of the year, revenues totaling 19.014,1 billion lei or 44.4% of the approved annual plan were accumulated in the state social insurance budget. The execution of the budget in the period ended with revenues that were by 1.183,8 million lei higher than the expenditure, IPN reports.
According to the Operative Report presented by the National House of Social Insurance (CNAS), the mandatory state social insurance contributions came to 9.730 billion lei or 41% of the annual projections.
Other revenues were collected in the amount of 270.7 million lei, of which the single tax levied from residents of information technology parks constituted the preponderant part or 266.8 million lei.
Transfers from the state budget were financed in the amount of 9.013,4 billion lei, in accordance with the financing requests.
The total expenses were executed in the amount of 17830.3 million lei or 41.7% of the planned annual amount. Compared to the same period of last year, the expenses were higher by 2.106,9 million lei or by 13.4%.
The balance of funds in the CNAS accounts on June 1, 2024 amounted to 1.183,6 billion lei.
