70 high-school students have become volunteers in the "Maths Peer to Peer" campaign launched by the Ministry of Education and Research. They took part in a camp where they learned interactive teaching techniques they will use to help secondary school graduates prepare for the exam, IPN reports.
According to the MEC, two students and a teacher from all 35 model schools participated in the "Mathematics as Equals" camp, which ran from March 1-3. The students will then organize peer-to-peer learning sessions for their 9th grade peers.
The camp was organized by UNDP, the Ministry of Education and Research, the National Agency for Curriculum and Evaluation, with financial support from Norway.
