A yellow code advisory for heavy rain was issued for November 20, IPN reports, quoting the State Hydrometeorology Service.
Heavy precipitation in the amount of 15-25 l/m2 is expected. In parts the rain will be very heavy and the volume of precipitation will exceed 50 l/m2.
Sleet was forecast to fall in the northern districts on November 20, while in the central districts on November 21. On the weekend, nighttime temperatures will oscillate between -5 and +4 degrees Celsius, while daytime temperatures – between 0 and +5 degrees Celsius. Next week the temperatures will fall to -8 degrees Celsius.
