The 2020-2021 heating season for all the consumers of the municipality of Chisinau begins on October 30. An order to this effect was signed by deputy mayor Ilie Ceban after the temperatures between 6pm and 6am during the last three consecutive days had been lower than +10˚C, IPN reports.
The local public administration of Chisinau calls on the subjects involved in the supply of heat to consumers to cooperate. The housing sector managers are requested to make sure that they submit applications for connection to the heating system on time so that the inhabitants of Chisinau benefit from heat in their apartments when they need.
To benefit from heat supply services, the housing sector manager files an application to the supplier (SA “Termoelectrica”), which ensures the connection of the apartment building to the centralized heating system during about four hours, said the local authorities.
