Heating bill payment rate is under 50% in 38 Chisinau apartment buildings

Up to this point, 38 apartment buildings in Chisinau have paid less than 50% of their bills for the heat received in the previous heating season, and the heat and hot water utility Termocom warns that unpaid bill might put preparations for the upcoming season as well as continuous supply at risk, Info-Prim Neo reports. The utility said in a press release that, by form of administration, 26 of the 38 apartment buildings are administrated by IMGFL, 6 buildings by APLP, 5 are departmental buildings, and one is administered by CCL. Considering the draconian provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding signed by Termocom with its suppliers, the utility urges debtors to make every effort to pay the overdue bills. Bills may be paid at bank branches, at post offices, payment terminals or at Termocom's customer center at 6 Vladimirescu St.
