After the closing of the 2012-2013 heating season, there were identified 99 apartment buildings that experienced heat supply related problems. Until now, the housing stock managers, in cooperation with the dwellers, fixed the technical faults in three blocks, IPN reports, quoting a communiqué from the heat utility.
According to SA Termocom, the faults included direct connections to the heat supply, blocking of pipes, and changes made to the heating system. The heat supplier reiterates its call for the housing stock managers to remove the identified faults as soon as possible so as to exclude cases of inappropriate heating of apartments.
Specialists of the Quality Section will monitor the fault removing process and will suggest technical solutions for every case apart.
