At the end of the heating season, the heat charges in Chisinau and Balti municipalities were reduced. The National Agency for Energy Regulation approved the charge decreases at the request of JSC Termoelectrica and JSC CET-Nord, IPN reports.
Thus, in Chisinau municipality the charge was decreased by 636 lei/Gcal. Consumers served by Termoelectrica will pay 2,138 lei/Gcal (without VAT), as opposed to 2,774 lei/Gcal at present.
Consumers in Balti municipality, served by CET-Nord, will pay 2,245 lei/Gcal (without VAT), compared to 3,215 lei/Gcal at present.
The new heat energy charges enter into force on the date of publication of the Agency’s decision in the Official Gazette.
