Along with "Termoelectrica" and "CET-Nord", the municipal enterprise “Rețelele și Centralele Termice Comrat” ("Comrat Thermal Networks and Power Plants") also asked the National Agency for Energy Regulation to adjust the heating charge. For the inhabitants of the south of the country, the heat charge could be raised by 630 lei, IPN reports.
In an application submitted to the Agency, the supplier requests to raise the charge for thermal energy to 3,510 lei/Gcal (excluding VAT), up from 2,882 lei/Gcal at present.
"Termoelectrica" and "CET-Nord" asked to increase the heat charges by 740 and 793 lei, respectively.
