A yellow-code heat advisory has been issued for Sunday and Monday, August 21 and 22, covering most of the country except for some northern districts, IPN reports.

According to the State Weather Service, on Sunday and Monday highs will top +33°C. Beginning with Tuesday, highs will be around +25 +28°C and lows around +16 +19°C. Also, on Tuesday and the following days thunderstorms are predicted.

Another yellow-code warning remains in place until August 26 for increased wildfire risks. The public is advised to exercise extreme caution when using any open fire near forested areas, dry grassland or other areas with an increased risk of catching fire.
