President Nicolae Timofti came early to the polling place, accompanied by First Lady Margareta Timofti. He said the capital city is nice and we can make it even nicer and better, with beautiful streets and with impressive buildings, IPN reports.
“I travelled to other countries and saw other cities and can say that our capital city is beautiful too and we can make it even better. Since I moved here, Chisinau has permanently improved,” said the head of state.
Nicolae Timofti also said that changes will definitely take place during the next few years. He wished success to those who will win the elections.
