Harassed in school

A pupil from a suburb school of the capital has reached the hospital after being harassed by a classmate.
Silvia Babara, coordinator of the Chisinau Emergency Service, told Info-Prim Neo that the 14 year old boy, pupil of the 101 School of the Bacioi suburb, has reported headaches, nausea, and vomiting. The ambulance has taken him to the Valentin Ignatenco Hospital. The doctors found out that he had suffered a concussion.
On the same Friday, a 17-year-old boy was hospitalized at the Burn Treatment Center with electrocution and hand burns. The doctors haven’t found out how the boy got injured.
A 32 year old man ended up in the Emergency Hospital with several knife wounds in his thigh region. He was attacked the previous night by street muggers.
A 21 year old woman tried to cut her wrists open. She wasn’t hospitalized as the wounds were not severe enough.
On Friday and Saturday, September 25, the Chisinau Emergency Service answered 646 phone calls, including 83 trauma-related cases, 43 cases of viral infections, one stroke and 15 births.
