The lovers of French movies who want to view the latest films and to discuss them, can do it at the Cine Club, Info-Prim Neo reports.
The Club will meet twice a month at Gaudeamus cinema, with no entrance fee. By viewing French movies, the audience will have the possibility to improve their speaking of French.
On March 11, spectators could watch ,,Ils se marièrent et eurent beaucoup d'enfants”, directed by Yvan Attal. Also known as “Happily ever after”, the film is a modern French comedy and offers good relaxation and entertainment for the weekend, especially for French cinema lovers.
“During Cine Club events, we show French films and then organize debates and discussions”, said Diana Dumitru, coordinator of the project. She added that the Cine Club project targeted school and university students, teachers and any other speakers of French. The next film will be shown on April 1.
Lidia Troianowski, manager of Gaudeamus Cultural Center, thanked the French Alliance for supporting this project. Additionally, she told Info-Prim Neo that the 10th edition of the French movie festival would open on March 19. About 10 pieces of French filmmaking will be screened.
Cine Club is organized by Gaudeamus Cultural Center in collaboration with the French Alliance since the fall of 2010.
