Valeriu Guzun, the founder of the Lyceum “Da Vinci”, said the accusations made by their ex-partner Adrian Balan are aberrant and false. These are insinuations as someone does not like something. Adrian Balan has some personal angers and tries to manipulate public opinion.
In a news conference hosted by IPN, Ion Dorogoi, the lawyer for Guzun family, said the accusations made by Adrian Balan are unfounded. He got acquainted with Guzun family when this asked for legal assistance from him when the company founded by Adrian Balan started to attack them.
The lawyer noted that Adrian Balan insinuated that the legal system is corrupt, both the prosecutors and judges. The statements were made exactly when a final decision that was not favorable to him was to be made. “If we claim that we are educated and have moral principles, we should abide by the rules we know. If we go to court and seek justice, if we go to the prosecution bodies and seek justice, we should show respect for these institutions, even when we do not like their decisions,” stated Ion Dorogoi.
“Mister Balan adopted a selective attitude to the state institutions, the law enforcement agencies given that the justice he wants is not done to him. He behaves like an angry child full of frustrations and pretentions with regard to everyone. There are things that should be decided by courts of law and the law enforcement agencies. I will not assess the deeds of Balan Adrian and his accomplices. There is the prosecutor’s office and the court of law that should do this.”
The lawyer said that Adrian Balan insinuates facts that become clear upon the analysis of documents and the situation in general. Besides the legal aspects, Balan behaves aggressively towards him and his clients “The struggle is given in the legal system based on arguments and documents we present. We will not behave like Mister Balan behaves,” stated Ion Dorogoi.
