The Chisinau Public Health Center on September 4 launched a guidebook about how to develop friendly relations between parents and kindergartens, IPN reports.
In a press release, the Center says the guide contains information about the regulations concerning the control and improvement of childcare standards, protection of health and welfare of preschool children and promotion of child development while attending preschool.
The guidebook for parents also addresses such issues as the criteria for selecting a kindergarten by parents, methods of monitoring a child by parents, sanitary rules and their observance at the kindergarten, conditions for entering cooking facilities, pieces of advice for a healthy lifestyle, skills and good manners, etc.
The guidebook was compiled together with an initiative group that consisted of parents and health specialists. The text will be available online at www.cspchisinau.md.
