The Green Ecologist Party will continue to support Moldova’s European course, but will have a critical constructive position and will become involved in solving environment-related problems, it is said in a press statement issued by the party, IPN reports.
At the same time, the party condemns the populism and spending of large sums of money in the election campaign and expresses its dissatisfaction with the continuous limitation of the extraparliamentary parties’ access to the mass media sources and with the use of excessive and aggressive publicity in the election campaign, which directly affects the environment.
In the November 30 legislative elections, the Green Ecologist Party polled 0.09% of the ballot, which is 1,360 votes.
