The farmers and business entities that own farmland situated beyond the Râbnița-Tiraspol road will benefit from a green corridor through internal checkpoints and will not meet with difficulties in the transportation of the harvest. The farmers will not pay the tax of 3,000 lei for the certificates issued by the Chamber of Commerce, which confirm the local origin of the goods, Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilița announced in a meeting with farmers from Dubăsari district.

One of the proposed solutions is for the agricultural production to be transported based in a confirmatory document issued by the Dubăsari District Council (Agriculture and Cadaster Division). Also, the local mayor’s offices will issue a certificate concerning the size of the lot. With these documents, the farmers will be able to transport the harvest through internal checkpoints, IPN reports, quoting the Government’s press service.

In total, five mayor’s offices in Dubăsari district (Molovata Nouă, Cocieri, Coșnița, Doroțcaia and Pârâta) have lots beyond the Râbnița-Tiraspol road that are 9,544 ha in area, with 6,499 ha of these being farmland.
