Moldova’s national football squad was categorically defeated, 3-0, by the Greek national on Saturday, October 11, Info-Prim Neo reports.
This is the third defeat in a row the Tricolorii suffer in the second group of the World Cup 2010 qualifiers.
Angelos Charisteas (min. 32 and 51) and Konstantinos Katsouranis (40) scored.
Moldova’s coach Igor Dobrovolski selected and experiment team in the match with Greece, calling defender Igor Armas, midfielder Igor Tagarlas and forward Serghei Alexeev.
The next match the Moldova will play with Luxembourg on Wednesday, October 15.
